Yield: Makes 1 3/4 cups
1/2 | cup | olive oil or corn oil | |

1/2 | cup | Coco Casa Cream of Coconut | |
|
|||
1 | can | (6-oz.) frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed and undiluted | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | curry powder | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and beat until smooth and thick. Chill until ready to serve. Beat again and toss with salad when ready to serve.
